當地時間6日，西班牙飛地休達地方政府主席比瓦斯表示，目前仍有3000至5000名非法入境者滯留在休達，他同時表示，上周發生在休達的大規模非法越境事件已造成至少100人死亡。
歐洲議會當天就休達移民危機召開視頻會議，比瓦斯參加了這一會議。
