今年27歲的楊海是中國港灣援瑙魯體育中心項目的一名工程師。作為該項目最早抵達瑙魯的成員之一，楊海從2025年初至今一直在瑙魯援建該國第一座多功能綜合體育館，也見證了這一年多以來項目的變化。
