不是村里隨手蓋個章就算，一般找原鄉鎮衛生院、縣衛健局或檔案館，看檔案，看地方，我們衛生室碰到這類事，關鍵是拿出當年登記冊、培訓、補助或任職記錄；原單位撤并了，就順著檔案關系查——具體到每個村的賬，我沒法替衛健局算，材料真，比口頭管用。
