7月24日，凱爾達（688255）發布公告，王勝華因個人職業規劃原因辭去副總經理職務，之后不再擔任公司任何職務，且王勝華辭職后，公司不再將其認定為核心技術人員。
2026年一季度，凱爾達實現收入2.11億元，歸母凈利潤1103萬元。
