12306購票新變化！將可提前60天預約

記者17日從中國國家鐵路集團有限公司客運中心獲悉，7月20日起，鐵路部門將在京滬高鐵、京滬鐵路的200多趟列車試點新增火車票預約購票服務。

Starting July 20, China's railway authorities will pilot a new ticket reservation service on more than 200 trains operating on the Beijing-Shanghai high-speed and conventional rail lines, according to the Passenger Transport Center of China State Railway Group.

旅客可通過鐵路12306手機客戶端“預約購票”專區，在列車開車前第60天至第17天填報預約需求，鐵路12306系統將于開車前第20天至第16天兌現預約訂單。

Passengers can submit reservation requests through the "reserve tickets" section of the official 12306 mobile app between 60 and 17 days before departure. The system will automatically process successful reservation requests and issue tickets between 20 and 16 days before departure.

7月20日至8月29日為過渡期，可依次預約9月15日及以后的車票，8月30日起，可常態化預約開車前第60天至第17天車票。

國鐵集團客運中心負責人介紹，火車票預約購票服務是指鐵路部門在車票預售期開始前，提前對接旅客購票需求，統籌調配運力和票額資源，并在約定時間內向購票人反饋兌現結果的購票服務。

實行預約購票，有利于鐵路部門提前對接掌握旅客出行需求，科學配置運力資源，優化票額分配機制，更好匹配運能與需求關系，實現“按需開車”，確保運力資源最大化利用；有利于火車票發售更加均衡，可以更好地滿足旅客個性化購票需求，進一步提升旅客購票體驗，為旅客提前規劃行程創造更加有利的條件。

A spokesperson for China State Railway Group said the new service will help authorities better anticipate passenger demand, allocate transport resources more efficiently, and optimize ticket distribution. This demand-driven approach will help maximize transport capacity, improve the balance of ticket sales, better meet diverse travel needs, and make it easier for passengers to plan their trips well in advance.

這位負責人介紹，目前試點新增的火車票預約購票服務僅面向普通旅客，暫不支持超過19人的團體旅客預約。

收到旅客提交的預約購票信息后，鐵路部門將根據12306系統歷史數據、預約購票需求和運力供給情況進行綜合評估，通過優化旅客列車開行方案、調整列車編組等策略分階段配置運力資源，更加精準適配運力供給與客流需求，讓有限的運力資源更好地服務旅客出行。

下一步，鐵路部門將持續跟蹤預約購票試點服務運行情況，廣泛聽取旅客意見建議，持續優化12306系統功能。

The railway operator said it will continue to evaluate the pilot program, gather passenger feedback, and further improve the 12306 ticketing system.
