據多家外媒報道，近日，在一場持續多年的法律訴訟后，法國首富、LVMH掌門人貝爾納?阿爾諾（Bernard Arnault）被法國當局責令補繳2250萬歐元（約合人民幣1.74億元）稅款。
Bernard Arnault, head of the luxury goods group LVMH, has been ordered to pay nearly 22.5 million euros in back taxes after a Paris appeals court overturned earlier rulings in his favour in a long-running dispute with the tax authorities.
據法國國際廣播電臺（RFI），巴黎行政上訴法院近期一份裁決顯示，阿爾諾和他的夫人被要求向法國當局繳納2010年的1296萬歐元“額外繳款”（additional contribution），包括稅款、社會保險繳款、附加費和滯納金利息等。
此外，阿爾諾夫婦還須補繳2012年至2015年間的法國財富團結稅（Wealth Solidarity Tax），合計950萬歐元。阿爾諾方面在7月4日回應媒體說，他們將就法院裁決向法國最高行政法院提起上訴。
According to the ruling, published on July 2, the LVMH chairman and his wife must pay 12.96 million euros in additional taxes, social contributions, penalties and interest relating to the 2010 tax year, as well as 9.5 million euros in wealth tax for the period from 2012 to 2015.
Arnault's representatives said they would challenge the ruling before France's highest administrative court – the Conseil d'Etat.

Arnault, 77, whose LVMH conglomerate includes brands such as Louis Vuitton, Dior and Moet Hennessy, has an estimaed net worth of 165 billion dollars according to the Bloomberg Billionaires Index. That makes him France's richest person and the world's eighth richest.
阿爾諾的發言人表示，LVMH是法國納稅最多的企業。該集團的整體業務還貢獻了逾1%的法國國內生產總值。LVMH財務總監在財報電話會上表示，該公司繳納的所得稅總額去年增至約55億歐元，比2024年增加逾3億歐元。
據LVMH集團發布的2025年全年財報，集團總營收為808.1億歐元，同比下降約4.6%；經常性業務利潤為177.55億歐元，同比下降9%；凈利潤為108.78億歐元，同比下降13%。
