敵敵畏不慎濺到褲子，17歲男生被送進ICU

近日，福建17歲男生小明（化名）幫忙給小區消殺。由于設備老化，噴壺發生滲漏，敵敵畏稀釋液浸透褲子，緊緊貼在臀部和大腿后側。

A 17-year-old boy in Fujian province, identified as Xiao Ming, was admitted to the intensive care unit (ICU), where doctors issued a critical condition notice after he suffered severe organophosphate poisoning caused by exposure to pesticide during a residential compound disinfection operation.

小明的腿部皮膚開始變紅，起初他以為是雜草引起的“皮膚過敏”，便自行找了抗過敏藥吃下。幾小時后，小明雙腿及臀部皮膚出現大面積灼傷、紅腫，并冒出了成片的水皰。

The incident occurred when a sprayer malfunctioned because of aging equipment, allowing a diluted solution of dichlorvos — a highly toxic organophosphate pesticide — to soak through Xiao Ming's pants and remain in prolonged contact with his buttocks and the backs of his thighs. Hours later, the affected areas developed extensive burns, redness, and multiple blisters.

就醫后，小明被送至ICU，醫生下達了病重通知，此時小明已處于重度有機磷中毒狀態，神經系統隨時可能崩潰。經過ICU團隊幾天幾夜搶救，小明生命指征恢復，度過了危險期。

By the time he arrived at the hospital, he was suffering from severe organophosphate poisoning with life-threatening damage to his nervous system. After several days of intensive care, his condition stabilized and he was eventually declared out of danger.

醫生特別提醒，像敵敵畏、百草枯、敵百蟲這類農藥，絕非只有喝下去才致命，它們大多具備極強的皮膚滲透能力，能快速穿過皮膚屏障進入血液，而且早期往往只有輕微不適，極易被忽視，可一旦突發呼吸肌麻痹或心臟驟停，搶救窗口極短，后果不堪設想。

Doctors warn that organophosphate pesticides such as dichlorvos and trichlorfon, as well as herbicides like paraquat, are not only dangerous if swallowed but can also be readily absorbed through the skin. Early symptoms may be mild and easily overlooked, yet life-threatening complications such as respiratory failure or cardiac arrest can develop rapidly, leaving little time for emergency treatment.

眼下正值夏季，市民接觸農藥和除草劑的機會其實遠比想象中頻繁，小區灌木叢、公園草坪，常有物業或環衛人員進行蚊蟲消殺和除草作業，剛噴過藥的葉片和土壤表面殘留濃度很高，皮膚直接觸碰，甚至只是坐臥其上，都潛藏著巨大的中毒風險。

不慎接觸農藥或除草劑該怎么辦？

醫生強調，一旦接觸到農藥或除草劑，須迅速按照以下流程處理：

? 第一時間脫去被污染的衣物。

? 立即用流動的清水或肥皂水反復沖洗接觸部位，至少持續十五到三十分鐘。需要注意的是，千萬不能使用熱水，因為高溫會加速毒物經皮吸收，務必用涼水沖洗。

? 無論癥狀輕重，都應立刻前往醫院就診，切莫抱有僥幸心理。

Medical experts advise that anyone exposed to pesticides or herbicides should remove contaminated clothing immediately and thoroughly rinse the affected skin with running water or soapy water for 15 to 30 minutes. Hot water should be avoided because it can accelerate chemical absorption; cool water is instead recommended. Even if no obvious symptoms appear, medical attention should be sought as soon as possible rather than waiting for signs of poisoning to develop.
