尊敬的申請(qǐng)人：

如您無(wú)法按時(shí)遞交申請(qǐng)，請(qǐng)務(wù)必提前取消預(yù)約。
為避免影響您今后的預(yù)約資格，請(qǐng)仔細(xì)閱讀以下內(nèi)容：

?取消時(shí)限

請(qǐng)至少提前1個(gè)工作日操作取消
預(yù)約當(dāng)天無(wú)法取消（無(wú)論任何時(shí)間點(diǎn)）
已過(guò)期的預(yù)約不可取消

“提前1個(gè)工作日”是什么意思？
例如：您的預(yù)約在周三，最晚需在周二當(dāng)天結(jié)束前取消
若預(yù)約在周一，最晚需在上一個(gè)周五取消（周末及節(jié)假日不計(jì)入工作日）

??違規(guī)后果

若您未取消且未到場(chǎng)，系統(tǒng)可能會(huì)限制您再次預(yù)約，具體以相關(guān)條款為準(zhǔn)。

建議您在提交預(yù)約前，仔細(xì)閱讀取消預(yù)約的詳細(xì)條款與條件，以免產(chǎn)生不必要的麻煩。

Dear Applicant,

If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment, please be sure tocancel it in advance. To avoid any impact on your future booking eligibility, please read the following carefully:

?Cancellation Deadline

Cancellations must be made at least1 business daybefore the appointment.
Same-day cancellations are not accepted(regardless of the time).
Expired appointments cannot be canceled.

What does “1 business day in advance” mean?

Example: If your appointment is onWednesday, the cancellation must be completed by theend of Tuesday.
If your appointment is onMonday, the cancellation must be completed by theend of the previous Friday(weekends and public holidays are not counted as business days).

??Consequences of No-Show
If you fail to cancel and do not show up, the system mayrestrict you from making another appointment(please refer to the terms for details).

Recommendation
Before submitting your appointment, we strongly advise you to carefully read the full terms and conditions regarding cancellations to avoid unnecessary issues.
